Born in Rijeka in 1978. She is the president of the association “Katapult” in which, since 2008, she acts as the project manager, organizer and presenter of literary events as well as the program co-coordinator in the “Union of associations Molekula”. She completed courses of creative writing lead by female writers Daša Drndić and Ivana Sajko. She writes fiction. She kept publishing short stories in literary magazines “Ulaznica”, “Zarez”, “Knjigomat” and “Slijepi putnik” (coautorship with Enver Krivac). She won the Prozak award for 2010 given by the “Zarez” magazine and the publishing house “Algoritam” for the best prose manuscript written by authors younger then 35. Her debut novel “Kosa posvuda” was published as part of the award. The “Vjesnik” daily newspaper proclaimed this novel as one of the best five fiction books of 2011 and the jurors of the “Jutarnji list” award positioned Tulić’s short debut novel as the semifinalist of this important award.
